RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy

  1. The buyer is entitled to a refund if the goods purchased;
    Are defective or faulty and Kudos Collective is unable to offer a suitable replacement.

  2. The buyer must must notify Kudos Collective no later than seven (7) working days from the delivery date if there are any issues regarding the order or product. 

  3. In order for Kudos Collective to fully accept the return or exchange, the goods must;
    - Be in "As New" condition and have not been used.
    - Be in  resaleable original packaging.
    - Include the original purchase receipt/ invoice.
    - Be returned back to Kudos Collective within 30 days of invoice date after advising of the return (within 7 days) and receiving a Kudos Collective Return ID. 

  4. Please make your decision to purchase carefully. Kudos Collective will not offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, or the product is not what you expected.

  5. Special orders are exempt, and are unable to be refunded or exchanged.

  6. Kudos Collective is happy to exchange for a different size if the product if the buyer has ordered is incorrect. It is required that you send the item back at the Buyers cost along with your contact details, and a freight charge is chargeable for the second replacement item to be sent to the buyer. If you are unsure of which product or size you need please get in touch with the Kudos Collective sales team, we are happy to help.

  7. Freight costs for all items returned will be at the buyers expense. 

  8. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged if a refund is required, unless points 1 or 2 are applicable
